2026-04-01: Jason Kidd responds to Mark Cuban's comments on Luka Doncic trade: “When are we going to move on?”
Apparently not before Kidd himself moves on to another job. Why is he still in Dallas anyway?

2026-04-08: 1969 me to 2026 me: Wow, 1969 is such an unprecedented time for me to be alive. We're going to the moon! But we're also fighting a senseless war. And, to top it all off, we're being led by the most corrupt president in our history. You're lucky to be beyond that. Right? Right??

2026-04-16: Headline: "Dallas County GOP Chair Allen West resigns ahead of expected ouster vote."
This is the guy who pushed to hand count ballots in the primary election. When that wasn't feasible, he backed off but still demanded precinct voting instead of countywide vote centers. Which was its own disaster.

2026-04-27: I voted in Richardson, Texas, local elections. Upon check-in at the polls, I signed my name on one of those touchscreens using my finger tip. 2026-04-28: What happens when you start a war by decapitating another country's leadership. FAFO.

2026-04-28: The "True Texas Project" (rebranded from Northeast Tarrant Tea Party in 2019) is best understood as part of the far right, activist wing of Texas Republican politics. Naturally, they endorse in local elections. In RISD they endorse Euan Blackman and Blake Sawyer.

2026-04-29: How ironic is it that the King of England has to remind America, in the Congress of the United States no less, that no man is above the law.

2026-04-29: "State Rep. James Talarico (D-Austin) leads his potential Republican opponents in the U.S. Senate race in Texas, per a poll from the University of Texas out this morning."
Expect this poll to set alarm bells ringing in GOP offices across the country.
