(starting at <a href="https://richardsontx.swagit.com/play/07262021-718" rel="nofollow">51:40</a> in Item B).<br /><br />That was the Parks Plan not the Comprehensive Plan which was used against this proposal for land north of UTD, but the Comprehensive Plan is now twelve years old. Mayor Paul Voelker asked the City Manager if this year we could start a plan to plan, by which I think he was asking for a Comprehensive Plan update, if not this year, then next (starting at about <a href="https://richardsontx.swagit.com/play/07262021-718" rel="nofollow">55:10</a> in Item B).<br /><br />That is a rebuttal for any Councilmember who argues to reject this application because it does not conform with the Comprehensive Plan. The City admits the Plan is outdated and in need of an update.
