The Souvenir (2019): Student filmmaker and her sketchy boyfriend. He exploits her and she apologizes too much. Instead, run away! Movie has an arty look and feel. Lots of long takes with mirrors and windows and reflections. See the movie poster. It all feels pretentious. C-

In one scene one of the two main characters references a scene from "It Happened One Night", one of the movies I picked as the "Best Romantic Movies of All Time". Do I know how to pick 'em or not?
