In early July, 2011, this blog was migrated to a new site. All posts were preserved, but comments were lost. I manually recreated many comments (my own), but unfortunately, all reader comments were lost. Also, the manually resubmitted comments have July, 2011, timestamps, which might be confusing. I apologize for these shortcomings in the blog migration.
